Reservation Payments
At the time of booking, there is a minimum deposit of 50% required. Once your booking is complete and confirmed, you only have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, your deposit is considered NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel 2 days prior to booking, you are subject to paying the full amount. If you book 7 days or less prior to the day of service, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. For same-day or day-before bookings: Payment must be made in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.
Airport Meeting Procedure
Upon arrival at HOU (Hobby P. William Airport) or IAH (Georges Bush International Airport), you will receive a text message from us and you will need to follow our instructions on how to find your driver. If you have not received a text message upon landing, please call us immediately to let us know you have arrived and we will be able to locate your driver. If your flight is delayed, please notify us via text as we will be on the lookout for your landing. FIRST, collect your luggage and then proceed to the corresponding exit of the arrival terminal to meet your driver, we will be stationed prior to your arrival, you just need to let us know you are already at the airport.

PRIMERO, recoja su equipaje y luego diríjase a la salida correspondiente a la terminal de llegada para encontrarse con su conductor, estaremos estacionados previamente a su llegada, solo necesita hacernos saber que ya está en el aeropuerto.
Missed Flight Policy
Birnam Trust Rides & Deliveries will not be liable for delays resulting in missed flights as a result of adverse weather conditions, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic measured by the Texas Department of Transportation, or any other conditions beyond our control (including mechanical breakdowns and flat tires). We always rely on traffic monitoring systems to avoid the aforementioned delays, but it is our responsibility to inform you.
We encourage guests to plan accordingly and/or purchase travel insurance to cover the possibility of missed flights and the resulting expenses.

Está totalmente prohibido fumar en los vehículos. El cliente asume la total responsabilidad financiera por cualquier daño que él o cualquier miembro de su grupo cause a los vehículos.
